Payment Processing Fee & Tax Policy

Last Updated: 23 Oct 2026

1. When a Payment Gets Stuck

A payment may sometimes remain pending or processing because of a bank, UPI app, payment gateway, network, or technical delay. A pending status does not by itself confirm whether the payment has succeeded or failed.

Customers should keep the transaction reference/UTR, payment receipt and Booking ID, and contact customer support so the transaction can be checked.

2. Applicable Processing Fee

If a payment is stuck in processing and additional handling or payment-reconciliation work is required, an applicable processing fee may be payable by the customer. The applicable fee and the reason for it must be communicated to the customer before the fee is collected. The customer should be given the fee amount and relevant terms clearly before proceeding.

No fixed fee amount is stated on this page. Any fee charged must match the amount and terms disclosed to the customer for that transaction.

3. Taxes on Fees

Applicable taxes, including GST where legally applicable, may be added to the processing fee depending on the transaction amount, the nature of the service, and applicable tax rules. If tax applies, the fee and tax should be shown separately or clearly itemised before payment, along with the total payable amount.

Important: The total processing fee and any applicable tax should be disclosed before collection. Tax is not automatically applicable to every transaction; it depends on the applicable law and circumstances.

4. Avoid Duplicate Payments

Customers should not make a second payment simply because the first transaction is pending. First check the status with the bank, UPI app or payment provider and contact support. Make another payment only after the transaction status and next steps have been clarified.

5. What to Share With Support

  • Booking ID or order reference
  • Transaction ID/UTR and payment date/time
  • Amount and payment method used
  • Screenshot or receipt showing the transaction status (hide sensitive account details)

6. Review and Resolution

Each stuck-payment case is reviewed according to the information available from the payment provider and the applicable terms. If the payment is later confirmed as successful, failed, reversed or refunded, support will guide the customer on the appropriate next step. Any processing fee or tax charged must be consistent with the terms disclosed for that transaction and applicable law.

Customer acknowledgement: By proceeding with a transaction after the applicable processing fee and any taxes have been clearly disclosed, the customer acknowledges those stated charges and terms.
